Relax to the Max
Participants talk briefly about stress; what causes stress, consequences of stress and what they do to manage their own stress. Then participants interactively learn several relaxation techniques that they can utilize on their own to reduce the stress in their lives. Techniques include deep breathing, stretching, meditation, yoga, massage and mental imagery.
