The Smart Flu Bug (NEW!)
Figure out what to do when the flu strikes. Students will learn how to get ready for flu
season, proper hand washing techniques, and discuss how to stay on top of schoolwork when students
Students are divided into two teams, “Xs” and “Os” and compete to win the square. Topics
include: pandemic flu, for the birds, suds time, be informed, ask the doc, seasonal flu, I feel,
be prepared and prevention.
Financial Health: Empower Your Future
Are You Smarter Than a High Schooler? (NEW!)
Are you new to college life? Students will be quizzed on the new experiences they may
encounter in a college environment, including: living with a roommate, study habits, meeting
new people, campus knowledge, financial wellness, alcohol and drug awareness, diversity, safer
sex, campus safety, and maintaining mental wellness.
The Choices I Make (NEW!)
Take a deeper look at what values and beliefs are important to you and learn how to put
these values and beliefs into your everyday life.
Monopoly University (NEW!)
Manage your budget Monopoly-style. Learn money management skills and establish a better
understanding of credit card usage and debt.
Time Taming (NEW!)
Ever feel like there just isn't enough time in the day? Do you have too much to do and can't
figure out how to do it all and still have a social life? Time Taming will teach you how better
manage your time so that you can fit in everything you need to without going crazy!
ISU Double Dare (NEW!)
Get a better understanding about general health and wellness topics by playing the famous
Nickelodeon game, Double Dare!
It's a Pirate's Life for Me (NEW!)
Homesickness is common for college students. But It's a Pirate's Life for Me will help to
teach students ways to cope with the homesickness and discover new ways to feel more comfortable
in their new college home.
It's Me and You (NEW!)
Diversity is all around us in college. Students will learn how to become better aware of
their own cultural diversity, as well as respect and appreciate the diversity in others.
