Please note, your application packet will NOT include TOEFL and GRE scores as this information will be submitted by the testing service,
ETS, directly to ISU.
A non-refundable check, money order, Visa Card, Master Card, U.S $35.00 exactly must accompany the application form, payable to Indiana State University. Your application cannot be evaluated until the fee has been received. Returning ISU students in no more than two years will be exempt from the $35.00 application fee.

Posses a valid state or national instructional license and meet any additional requirements, in their chosen area of interest, as specified elsewhere in this Catalog
Meet the requirements for PRAXIS I and PRAXIS II examinations
