Information for Faculty
Indiana State University faculty are invited to walk in the processional for the inauguration ceremony. Please indicate your plans to participate by submitting your RSVP no later than Thursday, March 22. Reservations received after this date will not be included in the printed program book. Reservations for participation will be accepted until April 6.
Academic Attire
All Indiana State faculty participating in the ceremony processional are expected to wear academic regalia. A room and coat check area will be available for robing and for storing your personal belongings during the ceremony.
Regalia Rental
The Barnes and Noble Bookstore at Indiana State University is available for faculty academic regalia rental. Orders must be placed no later than Friday, March 23, to guarantee delivery for use in the inauguration ceremony. Faculty will have the option to keep their rentals through spring commencement.

Processional
Processional line-up will begin at 12:45 p.m. Faculty should arrive at the Hulman Center no later than 12:30 p.m. Ceremony begins at 1 p.m.
Reception
All ceremony participants and guests are invited to a reception on the Upper Concourse of the Hulman Center immediately following the ceremony.

All events will take place at Hulman Center. Please enter through the Eighth Street doors.
