Student Activities

Meaningful and purposeful engagement in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities is a vital part of the undergraduate college experience.

The primary purpose of such involvement is to help students learn to accept responsibility, to make decisions commensurate with that responsibility, and to work together in teamwork efforts towards common goals.  These skills are among the qualities employers will be looking for upon graduation.   As graduates reflect back on their college experience, out-of-class learning opportunities are frequently reported to constitute some of their most fond memories.
