Report a Student Learning Outcome
Students often time report that skills they have been able to apply in "real world" settings can be tied to experiences they have had through their participation in activities or programs sponsored or managed by units within the Division of Student Affairs.
We are interested in capturing and reporting those reports in a formal way, bolstering our direct measure of student learning outcomes. We invite you to record those reports, or better, having students and former students provide those reports to the Division through the completion of the Student Learning Outcome Report Form, accessible at:

Database will be summarized and reported on a regular basis to the Student
Affairs Leadership Team, through submissions to the University Annual
Report, and to Units themselves.
