Department Enrollment & Success Plans

During the 2013-14 academic year, Indiana State University embarked upon a project involving the development of Student Enrollment and Success Plans at the academic department level. The process was unique in two respects. First, few institutions engage in coordinated planning at the departmental level, something we felt was important to advance support for the University's most important asset, our students, and that aligns with the campus-wide Pathways to Success Strategic Plan. Second, the plans address four important elements of the student experience--enrollment, retention, completion, and post-college achievement.

These plans represent what departments and colleges believe are important for focusing their energies and will also serve as a means of strategic investment in good practices with strong assessment elements.
