Telephone Training

Telecommunications & Networking Services offers training for faculty and staff on the very basics of the ISU telephone system including voice mail. "Hands-on" training is available in such areas as: 

• retrieving messages from your home;
  

• recording an appropriate greeting;
  

• and sending one message to multiple users.

New employees will benefit from learning about SUVON, conference call set -up, call forwarding, and how to request additional phone equipment or service for your department.
