Lauren Burns, MS3, wins the top scholarship prize

for the 2005 Indiana University School of Medicine Student Research Forum!

The top scholarship prize is a $13,000 scholarship from the Claude Smith Black Scholarship Fund established in 1997 through the estate of Suzanne B. Caylor.  The judging for the prize was based on the quality of the abstract and the oral presentation resulting from the research that Lauren performed in the laboratory of Mervin C. Yoder, Jr., M.D.
