Human Resource Division
The H.R. area is responsible for the documentation of company actives. They prepare the bar coded ID badges used for company operations. They are also responsible for the support of "Tiger Eye", a time & attendance and shop floor a collections system. This system tracks the hours that each employee logs into the company operations. The company also video tapes all manufacturing operations. This video is edited for documentation of the process used to complete each product produced during the semester. The Safety and Security Department of this Division completes all safety inspections and prepares safety materials for all company personnel.
