Number of Board Meetings

The Indiana State University Board of Trustees are required to hold an annual meeting and six (6) regular meetings each year.  The annual meeting is to be held in July of each year for the purpose of electing officers and the transaction of such other business as may be brought before the board.  Most meeting are held in the State Room, Tirey Hall on the ISU campus.

Special meetings may be called on any date by the President of the Board or by a majority of the members of the Board.  The special meeting may be held at such hour and such place within the State of Indiana as shall be fixed in the notice of such meeting.
