Pease was appointed to the Indiana State University's Board of
Trustees to serve a term ending July 1, 2013. A 1969 graduate of Gerstmeyer High School in Terre
Haute, Pease holds a bachelor's degree and a law degree from Indiana
University and did post-graduate study at Indiana State University.
Pease is currently a senior vice president with Rolls Royce America. Formerly a state senator from 1980 to 1992, Pease was employed at Indiana State from 1992-1996 as vice president for university advancement prior to becoming a U.S. representative for Indiana's 7th district from 1997 to 2001.
