Hands-On High Tech School Reservation Form
Use this form to register a
group of students attending from one school.
Students attending Hands-On High Tech have an opportunity to attend
three, small-group workshop sessions focused on a variety of technology content areas. A description of each workshop is
provided online at www.indstate.edu/tss/hoht.
TEACHERS - Please fill
out the form below with each student's name, graduation
year, t-shirt size, and five different choices of workshops. Every effort will be made to register students for their
top three workshop choices. Seniors receive top priority in scheduling.
TEACHERS - Also please print off and make
copies of the information sheets linked to the button above
-- there are three forms per sheet. Have the students complete the form and bring them the day
of the event.
