The Technology Student Records Office is located in the Dean's Complex in Room TA 103. Student Records staff is available to assist you with any questions or problems related to your program changes or student records.

• Declare or change your major and/or minor
• Complete substitution or waiver forms
• Submit course repeat forms
• Senior checkout after completing 90 semester hours of course work
• Final check on students who are on the graduation list to see if they have completed all the requirements for their degree
• Questions related to articulation agreements and course-to-course transfers from other institutions
