Page Subtitle (h4)

This is the next template in our series, but this one is definitely different in terms of layout, as it mimics the current theme being used in our Drupal sites we're currently building. It also adheres to the current branding strategy. Take notice of the tabbed navigation. Gone are the columns that seemed to create more headaches than it did cure them. However, there are still things to consider when using this particular template:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Nullam rhoncus condimentum dapibus. Cras in volutpat purus, in auctor velit. Nullam blandit sem id posuere porttitor. In eget nisi elementum, dapibus magna nec, tempus erat. Nulla nisi libero, imperdiet ut purus a, pretium eleifend quam. Proin ultricies massa a molestie tempus. Vivamus lacus leo, elementum a tempus feugiat, ultrices non ante. Curabitur faucibus in purus cursus porttitor.

Nunc vehicula nulla in tortor varius accumsan. Quisque imperdiet orci id nulla blandit, at lacinia eros auctor. Suspendisse auctor metus quis nunc mollis, eu luctus elit venenatis.

Subtab Example #1

This is an example of the subtab area. This is also where content associated with the title of the subtab will go. Normally, a subtab area can fit up to about 5 tabs, but that is based on how long you want the titles to be, just like the main navigation tab area above. Sometimes you can have more than 5, sometimes you can only fit 2. Keep in mind that the closer you get to the edge of the box, the better the chance that the tabs will truncate and create a messy layout, especially since different browsers render font sizes differently in appearance, letter spacing, pixel width, and pixel thickness.

Also, you can add as much content as you want in one subtab area, but beware that the box will stretch, and that can create a lot of white space to either side, which gives off the appearance that something's broken; not to mention all that scrolling! So, if you can trim your content, the better.

And last, but not least, always contact one of the web services members for assistance in creating new tabs. Because we use static HTML as our template for now, a novice user will not be able to do this without difficulty, as it involves getting into the codebase.
