Move-In Day Schedule

The program begins on Sunday, July 12, 2020. All students should report to Pickerl Hall for check-in between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST. You may park in the West Visitor Pay Lot to unload your vehicle and during the remainder of the check-in process. If you have not already filled out the required permission forms, please bring those with you to move-in.

Upon checking in, students will get the key to their room and be able to move their belongings in. All students will then be required to attend an orientation session where we will review the week’s schedule and rules and regulations for the program. Parents or guardians are encouraged to stay with their students during check-in, move-in and the orientation session. At the end of the orientation session, parents or guardians are required to leave as students will continue their day with a campus tour led by their student leaders.

Students must arrive at the latest by 3:00 p.m. EST.
