Listed below are application instructions and deadlines for the online Educational Technology M.S. Program.
- Apply online.
- Submit a $45.00 application fee (nonrefundable) payable by Visa, MasterCard, or check or money order payable to Indiana State University (include SSN or student ID). No cash accepted. An application cannot be evaluated until the fee has been received. ISU students returning within two years from their last enrollment will be exempt from the $45.00 fee. Payment should be sent to: Graduate Admissions, Indiana State University, 318 North Sixth Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47809-1904.
- Submit official transcripts for all institutions attended (undergraduate and graduate). To be official, transcripts must be sent directly from the school attended to Graduate Admissions, Indiana State University, 318 North Sixth Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47809-1904. E-transcripts should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Although not required, we recommend that the applicant submit a written statement of purpose that explains how the degree fits in with his or her professional goals. The statement should be one to two pages, double-spaced, and typed in either ten- or twelve-point type face. Submit the statement directly to the Department of Teaching and Learning via email (Yvonne.Huffman@indstate.edu), fax (812-237-8208), or mail to: Bayh College of Education, Room 218, Indiana State University, Terre Haute, IN 47809.
Once admitted, students receive notification from the University as well as their University ID number needed to activate their University Username on the MyISU Portal. The Portal offers access to online registration, University records, and other important University services, including e-mail, and University announcements.
Note: Returning ISU students must apply for re-admission if they have not attended ISU for more than two calendar years.
Application materials must be received by the following dates:
- Fall semester: June 1
- Spring semester: November 1
- Summer session: March 1
Late applicants who meet admission requirements will be referred for admission for the next enrollment period.
