Bridget K. Butwin currently serves as General Counsel for Indiana State University. Prior to arriving at ISU, she served as Vice President and General Counsel at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and as a deputy prosecutor in Vigo County, Indiana, where she prosecuted domestic battery crimes, sex crimes, and child abuse and neglect cases. Butwin has also taught classes as both full-time and adjunct instructor for ISU, including Law and Policy in Higher Education, Constitutional Law, and Judicial Process.
Jolyn Osborne currently serves as Legal Project Manager and Policy Coordinator for Indiana State University. Prior to arriving at Indiana State University, she was an investigator for the Department of Child Services for Vigo County, Indiana and a Paralegal for 11 years handling bankruptcy, divorces, custody, juvenile and adoptions matters.
Raquel Thorpe currently serves as Contract and Compliance Coordinator for Indiana State University. Prior to arriving at Indiana State University, she was working as a Bilingual Social Security Case Manager at Fleschner Law Firm, for 6 years handling Social Security Disability cases and as a Legal Administrative Manager working with DuraSystems Barriers, Inc., for 10 years in their office located in the State of Campeche, Mexico; serving as well as a Court Interpreter for over 7 years at the Supreme Court of Justice of the State of Campeche, Mexico.
Mary Koenig currently serves as Assistant to the General Counsel. Prior to arriving at ISU, she was the Senior Office Associate for Resource Development at the United Way of the Wabash Valley and Ad Services Clerk at the Tribune Star.
