Indiana State University will move to online-only starting Monday, March 16 through the end of the semester. Campus offices and services, including the Division of University Advancement and Alumni Association office, will remain open during this period.

The safety and well-being of our students, alumni, donors, campus, and community is of utmost importance. The Division of University Advancement and Alumni Association is implementing the following provisions beginning Monday, March 16 - Friday, April 30, 2020.

  • Until April 30, non-essential gatherings of 250 or more people will be postponed or canceled.
  • Until April 30, all non-essential out-of-state and international travel is suspended. Domestic travel is limited to Indiana with approval from the Vice President of University Advancement and CEO of the ISU Foundation.
  • Indiana State University will assume regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) The Division of University Advancement and Alumni Association staff will continue work to advance our University, including individual meetings with alumni and donors in Indiana as they feel comfortable.

All questions regarding policies and procedures related to day-to-day operations of the university in general during the COVID-19 pandemic should be referred to the university's website.
