Tim and Bobbie O'Neill Online MBA Scholarship

Criteria

The intent of this scholarship is to provide support to students pursuing an online MBA in the Scott College of Business.

Applicants will meet the following criteria:

  • Must be enrolled in the online MBA program within the Scott College of Business;
  • Preference will be given to alumni of Indiana State University.

This scholarship is awarded on an annual basis; students may reapply in subsequent years if they continue to meet all required criteria.

Donor Profile

Indiana State University received a $200,000 gift to create the Tim and Bobbie O’Neill Online MBA Scholarship in May, 2022. There are 25 O’Neill Scholars each year, all of whom receive $1,000 scholarships.

Tim O’Neill served on ISU’s Board of Trustees from 1987 to 1995 and received the university’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2007. He graduated in 1969 with a business degree and was a scholarship swimmer for ISU, serving as team captain his senior year. Bobbie O’Neill graduated in 1972 with a degree in elementary education.
