Employer Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation Policy

Once you have completed the registration form for an event, our cancellation policy is in effect.

Cancellation received in writing one week prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

Cancellation received less than one week prior to the event date will not be refunded and will remain responsible for paying any outstanding balance.

No Show Policy

If your registration has been made and fees paid and your organization is a no-show for a career fair, registration fees will not be refunded or credited toward future career fairs.

Organization whose account is not paid in full will be required to pay for all past outstanding fees and pre-pay for the career fair they wish to attend. Employers with any outstanding fees will not permitted to attend future career fairs until their account is paid in full.
