American Chemical Society Student Affiliates (ACS-SA)
The ACS-SA holds social activities on a regular basis and sponsors a variety of outreach activities designed to expand knowledge and interest in chemistry throughout ISU and the community. Contact an academic advisor for more information about the group's activities and how you can get involved.
Society of Physics Students
In 2008 the Society of Physics Students (SPS) attained a membership large enough to achieve recognition as an official ISU student organization for the first time in more than a decade. Professor Joe West is the group's faculty advisor. SPS sponsors various activities on campus and in the community to promote knowledge of physics, such as physics demonstrations in local schools.
The Pre-Pharmacy Club aids ISU students in preparing for pharmacy school. Announcements about club activities and meeting dates are posted in the Department.
