Online Professional Communication Certificate

The University offers an online Professional Communication Certificate Program to enhance the professional preparation of degree-seeking students as well as the career advancement opportunities of working professionals in business, education, government, and non-profit organizations.

The program is ideal for working professionals as well as currently enrolled students (except communication majors) who wish to learn or expand abilities essential for advanced leadership positions.

This certificate program provides knowledge and practice of essential skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, conflict management, executive functions, and leadership.


This 13-credit online certificate can be completed in 2-3 semesters, though coursework from other universities does not count toward certification.

Upon successful of the program, students receive a certificate of completion.
