We have personally contacted the first 3 hotels and they have agreed to block out a set amount of rooms at discounted rates for MEEC attendees. The details are listed in each hotel description. We have also listed other hotels below the ones we have partnered with. These are our suggestions for a comfortable (but still affordable) stay in Terre Haute.

Other Recommendations:

We suggest avoiding the Rodeway Inn and the Travelodge close to campus on 3rd street as well as any hotels north of campus (primarily the Red Carpet Inn and the Statesman Inn Motel).

There are great hotels within walking distance of campus (the Hilton and Candlewood Suites listed above). If you would like something cheaper, but still close to campus we suggest the Quality Inn, which is less than a mile from campus on 3rd street. Many of the hotels surrounding the I-70 exit are brand new (like the La Quinta) or renovated for a modest price (on average < $100). We suggest browsing through google/booking agency reviews (Expedia, Travelocity, Kayak, etc.) for these hotels to see what suits your budget and needs the best.
