Music Career Day
(Due to COVID-19 we will be offering this in a digital format. Please fill out the online registration to be on the e-blast for the final details once announced)

Music Career Day is events tailored to college-bound high school juniors and seniors and will provide you with information about musical opportunities at ISU. This special event offers information about music degrees and professions, private lessons and ensembles, course study, auditions, enrollment, and financial aid so that you can make wise preparations for college. Auditions will be available for students seeking to gain admittance to the ISU School of Music as majors or minors and/or for performance scholarship consideration. In addition, if you choose to, you may apply and gain admittance status while you are on campus!

There are many opportunities for scholarships available to prospective ISU students. To qualify for as many as possible, you should apply as soon as possible. Additional information regarding scholarships is available on the University Scholarship pages.

If you plan to attend this free event, please fill out the online registration form. Parents are also welcome to accompany you. Music Career Day is especially informative and exciting, and we hope you can attend. However, if you are unable to attend, we will be happy to schedule an audition and information session at another time. Students must audition and be admitted to the University by March 1, 2021 in order to be considered for School of Music scholarships.
