All participants must REGISTER and pay a registration fee: Residential ($200) and Commuter ($100). All participants  must submit signed copies of the following forms. Payment and forms must be submitted by Monday, November 6th. 

• Acceptance Form
• Medical Release Form
• Rule and Regulations Form
