4:00pm :  Auditions for ISU School of Music (optional, interested seniors only)
4:00pm :  Campus Tour (if you checked appropriate box on application)
5:00pm :  Suggested Dinner (on your own before Welcome Meeting)
6:30pm :  Registration concludes
6:45pm :  Organizational Meeting and Welcome [BRH]
7:15pm :  Rehearsal [Blue Band: CPFA 159; White Band: DI]
9:30pm :  Rehearsal ends
9:45pm :  Walk to hotels (in groups, escorted)

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3

7:15am :  Breakfast [Atrium, Landini] (escorted by hotel chaperones, meet in hotel lobby)
8:15am :  Rehearsal [Blue Band: CPFA 159; White Band: DIII] (in groups, escorted)
10:30am :  Rehearsal ends
10:45am :  Masterclasses - Students, with ISU Faculty [locations provided on Saturday morning]
                   Professional Development/PGP Session - Directors [Recital Hall]
                       Informal session with Dr. Ticheli: The State of the Art in School Band Programs
11:45am :  Lunch* (in groups, escorted)
1:15pm :  Rehearsal (in groups, escorted)
3:15pm :  Break
3:45pm :  Rehearsal [Blue Band: CPFA 159; White Band: DI]
6:00pm :  Rehearsal Ends/Dinner* (in groups, escorted)
7:30pm :  Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra Concert [TMH]
11:00pm :  Curfew and Room Check

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4

7:00am :  Check out of hotel (bring everything, you will not return to hotel)
                   Luggage can be stored at the SOM in room 161.
7:15am :  Breakfast [Atrium, CPFA] (escorted by hotel chaperones, meet in hotel lobby)
​8:15am :  Rehearsal [TMH]
10:45am :  Lunch*/Dress for concert (in groups, escorted)
12:15pm :  Report to staging and warmup area (cases can be left in TMH Ballroom)
1:00pm :  Festival ​Finale Concert [TMH]
