Note: There are different report times for different sections of the band. Please read the schedule carefully. 

Thursday, 6 August – LEADERSHIP TEAM Reports                                                                            
12:00 PM       Move In (for Leadership living on campus)
                      Report directly to your assigned temporary housing, staff should be on site to assist.
02:00 PM       MEETING- ALL Leadership (CRH)
02:30 PM       Preparatory Work / Leadership Uniform Fittings (on rotating basis)
06:00 PM       Dinner
07:00 PM       Preparatory Work / Leadership Uniform Fittings (on rotating basis)
09:00 PM       Dismissal (rest and be smart!)

Friday, 7 August – DRUMLINE& LEADERSHIP - Report/Register/Rehearse                                     
09:30 AM      Leadership: Preparatory Work
10:00 AM      Registration begins (CRH, aka Landini 159)
                     Note: registration lasts from 10:00am until 12:00pm.You may register at any point during that time.
12:00 PM       Drumline: Move into your temporary University housing assignment.
                      Report directly to your assigned temporary housing, staff should be on site to assist.
02:00 PM       Drumline Rehearsal - Room 150/Choir Room (or outside, weather permitting)
05:00 PM       Rehearsal Ends/Dinner 
07:00 PM       Drumline: Rehearsal

Saturday, 8 August – DRUMLINE

05:15 PM       Drumline Uniform Fittings (Storage Room)
                       Designated leadership assists with fittings
                       Dismissal for the day (AFTER you have been fitted - rest and be smart!)
                       
Stay hydrated - water, not soda, milk, or...other things.

Note: Sunday, 9 August is the first day that all non-Drumline newcomers report. Registration is open from 10:00am until 02:00pm. At registration, you will receive an information packet, have your information confirmed, and will be able to purchase any of the required items that you did not bring (gloves, shoes, lyres, flip folders, etc.) We will be accepting only cash and checks on this day, and cannot accept credit cards.
 
Instrument rental and checkout will take place on Mondaymorning. You WILL be able to use a credit card for instrument rentals (if needed). Your parents may also call in to use a credit card over the phone if they are not going to be available on Monday. You may check in at any point during the open window; however, we advise that if you are moving into University Housing at noon, you come in early so that you may take your time moving in and saying goodbye to family. Those who live off-campus might find it easier to register during the 12-2pm window, when most underclassmen are moving into their housing.

NOTES
Attendance is taken at all rehearsals and sectionals. Absences and tardies are frowned upon and may cost you a spot in Pre-Game drill, the Halftime show, or membership in the Marching Sycamores (and for those eligible to receive a stipend, it may cost you the stipend!)

​In case of rain or other inclement weather, Winds and Percussion will meet in CRH (Landini 159) for music rehearsal, and Guard will meet in a space to be announced prior to rehearsals.
