I was born in Nicaragua but was raised in Maryland and have lived here all of my life. I’ve been in the SAHE program since the Fall of 2016 as a distance student. I will be graduating in the Spring of 2020 with honors and will be flying to Indiana for the first time ever to attend the ceremony. I have one son, his name is Antony and he’s 15 yrs. old (the one in the pic). We took the picture in front of my home on the swing and I thought it would be appropriate to show some of the books that I’ve read these past semesters. I will be the first one to obtain a Master’s degree in my family and feel very proud of this accomplishment! Thank you for featuring me this month! I look forward to meeting all of my professors and finally visiting ISU!!
Technology Management PhD
Here I am studying for classes at my home office in Michigan. Asynchronous education from a distance is made possible through advancing technology and Indiana State University has not only pioneered this approach but ISU also continues to be a leader into the future of online learning.
