- immunizations available once established with doctor
- general insurance accepted, Medicaid requires referral

Hoosier Health Wise -  1-800-889-9949
- for Indiana residents under the age of 19 and live-in families within a certain income range
- provides a variety of health care services through doctors at low cost

St. Ann's Clinic
- adult care only

Sycamore Nursing Center - 1433 N. 6th St., Terre Haute, IN 47807;
- immunization clinics
- following clinic is March 15th, 5:30-8:30
- call ahead for appointments, slots usually fill a week prior to clinic
- $5 processing fee with any immunizations needed

Vigo County Well Child Clinic - 696 S. 1st St., Terre Haute, IN 47807
- immunizations given once a month
- next immunization is March 28th
- only given to uninsured children
- cost is $10 and is only accepted in cash
- appointment required
