Dr. Paul Kinser (B.S. '69, M.S. '71) retired in 2002 from his position as provost of Valencia Community College's west campus in Orlanda, Florida. His regard for Indiana State University and its faculty prompted him to establish in 2005 the Paul A. Kinser Faculty Development Award. This Award recognizes and rewards faculty for their outstanding service to the College of Education, its students and their profession and provides support for a broad range of professional development opportunities. A committee appointed by the Dean will review applications and make a recommendation for award to the Dean.
