See Something? Say Something. Step Up!
In the Spring of 2015, Indiana State University joined the nationwide campaign, It’s On Us. This initiative focuses on awareness and education programs that focus on bystander intervention initiatives to combat campus sexual assault. Indiana State moved beyond this single campaign in an effort to create a campus culture of care, safety, and support. It’s On Blue is about the prevention of sexual misconduct through education, training, programs, and access to campus and community resources. By fully engaging in the range of education and training provided by It’s On Blue, you will have the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills to create a culture of care, safety, and support at Indiana State.
ISU is committed to fostering an environment in which all members of our campus community are safe, secure, and free from sexual misconduct of any form, including but not limited to, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Our community expects that all interpersonal relationships and interactions – especially those of an intimate nature – be grounded upon mutual respect, open communication, and clear consent. When learning of conduct or behavior that may not meet these standards, community members are expected to take an active role in promoting the inherent dignity of others.
