Department Success Plan Workshop

Department chairs, program coordinators, and interested faculty and staff are invited to panel discussions led by department chairs with 2016-2017 departmental student success metrics that were unusually strong.  Insights designed to inform 2017-18 academic department student success plan updates. Different chairs speaking at each presentation on their specific metrics of note and initiatives.  Focal metrics: increases in 4-year graduation/1st year retention/course completion ratio/credit hours enrolled & earned, and D/F/drop rate reduction.
