Flu shots for employees on campus

Please download and complete the flu shot waiver before you arrive. There is no charge for employees, but you will need to bring your University ID, wear a mask and practice social distancing. High dose “over 65” shots may be available at the Student Health Center later this fall. Please call them at 812-237-3883 to make an appointment. (Flu shots at your physician office or pharmacy are covered in full by ISU Medical Insurance.)
