Free Diabetic, Pre-Diabetic Exercise Class

ISU Physical Therapy and Employee Wellness are offering exercise classes as well as the final educational class for employees and family members who are diabetic and pre-diabetic.

Exercise classes will be instructed by Hannah Anderson. Classes will focus on entry-level total body workouts as well as education so that you can safely and effectively continue to workout following the end of the two classes. A random winner will be drawn at the end of each class for a surprise gift.
