Mind Your Mind: An Introduction to Meditation to Cope with Mental and Emotional Stress Explore your most powerful tool ”the mind” and enjoy different approaches toward meditation.
All three of the series sessions will be presented by Devaki H. Lammet. Devaki is an International Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500+) since 2000, holds an MA in psychology from the University of Cologne, Germany, and is a certified Ayurvedic health counselor and a licensed massage therapist (MT #21706230) in Indiana. She lived many years in ashrams (US, Germany) and as staff in a yoga and healing center.
