Mornings In May - Creating Diverse, Equitable, & Inclusive Classroom Spaces

Classroom strategies for small pedagogical applications allowing for diversity, equity, and inclusion into the higher education classroom will be shared. We will provide suggestions for tips and strategies for a variety of settings as there is no single method to be applied across all disciplines. A group of faculty from most academic colleges has been working on curating ideas and brainstorming suggestions this session all semester. JaDora Sailes, Andrea Arrington-Sirois, Ahmed Mohamed, Rana Johnson, Edith Campbell, Amanda Muhammad, Jeremy Houser, and Molly Hare have contributed to the curation of information.
