Description

Indiana State is moving forward to make experiential learning a core part of the student experience. One proven winner for experiential learning is undergraduate research. Come hear more about the intensive, 10 week long, summer experiences (known as REUs) from the faculty who have been doing it for a while and from faculty who are just starting. Undergraduate research is not limited to the sciences either! This past summer, there were REUs in computer technology, applied health, human resources and art. Tom Steiger, director of the Center for Student Research and Creativity, will be moderating the discussion. Light breakfast foods will be available.
