Is Daylight Saving time changing your sleep patterns? Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? (Many of us do). Stop by the lobby of Rankin Hall, meet Amy Demchak, Employee Wellness Coordinator. She will share handouts of tips for sleeping soundly and a sleep survey. The first 20 employees will receive a gift of a blanket.
