This session will focus on the necessity of building on instructional successes in the classroom, as well as consider how failures (for both teachers and students) can lead to new, and often more rewarding opportunities.  Faculty Center for Teaching Excellence, Faculty Affiliates Chris Drew, English department, and Tyler Burns, criminology department, will present.
