On behalf of the Vigo County Sexual Assault Response Team, CODA, Indiana State University Police and Indiana State University, we would like to invite you to help us prepare for the Second Annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes.
April is National Sexual Assault Awareness month. For those who have not experienced this event, Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®, a preventive education event, that helps men better understand and appreciate women¹s experiences, thus changing perspectives, helping improve gender relationships and decreasing the potential for violence. It demonstrates that men are willing and able to be courageous partners with women in making the world a safer place.
The proceeds from this event will assist CODA for many programs in their organization.
