Mrs. Martha Milner

Martha Milner has been advising student publications for two decades. She came to Indiana State from East Tennessee State University in August 2014 to oversee the student newspaper, the Indiana Statesman, and the yearbook, The Sycamore. She has taught classes in media writing, news reporting, copy editing and newspaper design. Prior to her experience in higher education, she worked as a newspaper reporter for daily newspapers in Virginia and Tennessee. She received her bachelor's degree from Clinch Valley College (now the University of Virginia-College at Wise) and her master's from the University of Virginia.
