Sycamores Care

Indiana State University is committed to the health, safety and well-being of our campus and community. The COVID-19 pandemic is a time of uncertainty for many students. Social distancing to flatten the curve is critical, and we are committed to helping students achieve their academic goals with the continuation of online instruction through the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester and beyond.

In unprecedented times of uncertainty, one thing is constant: Sycamores come together to support each other. The disruptions to daily life are being felt throughout the campus and community, and your donations to the following funds will directly address the needs of our students during this difficult time. Please help us support Sycamores who are most impacted by economic hardship and food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Disaster Relief Fund – Donations to the Disaster Relief Fund will support emergency needs of Indiana State students impacted by COVID-19. Funding will provide food, housing, and support for other personal expenses and will be administered through the Division of Student Affairs.

Bridge the Gap Scholarship – Donations to the Bridge the Gap Scholarship will support Indiana State students who need assistance in paying their tuition or other educational expenses. Scholarships will be administered through the University Scholarship Office.

Sycamore Food Pantry – Donations to the Sycamore Food Pantry will support its mission to alleviate the stress of food insecurity among all our students by providing an emergency food source, and by promoting healthy, sustainable meals.

You can support Indiana State’s relief efforts through our secure online donation form or by calling the Division of University Advancement at 812-237-6100.
