Samantha Penney, PhD
Dr. Samantha Penney has over eighteen years of experience in higher education. Her expertise in learning management systems and instructional design has allowed her to hold administrative and teaching positions focusing on faculty professional development, development of distance education policy, and instructional technology. Her research interests include community of inquiry, the use of benchmarks with program evaluation, the development of program evaluation model, and the use of technologies in education. She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction in Media Technology, a master’s in Mass Communication/Public Relations, and a master’s in Instructional Design.
