UKG - Student Employees

The UKG timekeeping system is designed to assist departments with timekeeping responsibilities. The following documents are user guides developed to assist student workers with the UKG system.

TO ACCESS THE UKG APPLICATION

• The URL for UKG is https://indianastate-sso.prd.mykronos.com/ 
• For Mobile, download the UKG Pro App. The Tenant URL is https://IndianaState-sso.prd.mykronos.com
• Log in to UKG using your email login (e.g., bob.example@indstate.edu plus password). This is the same login you use for your Portal account.
