Policy Development and Procedures
Indiana State University currently has one hundred and four (104) University Policies. Indiana State University is in a three (3) year policy review process. Each fiscal year there will be policies selected by each policy owner to review and determine if their policies need to be modified. If a policy has minor changes, those changes can be made by the Office of the General Counsel per Policy 100 Establishment of the Policy Library. Once the Office of the General Counsel reviews the modifications, the Policy Coordinator will provide notification to the Chairpersons of the Faculty Senate, Staff Council, and Student Government Association of the changes. If a policy has major changes, those changes will need to be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval.
