The Office of Registration and Records is Indiana State University's center for your academic records.

Online registration and transcripts are the two more popular services that the Office of Registration and Records provide.

We also release information like priority registration schedule, schedule of course information and Add/Drop dates for courses and University withdrawal.

Tips for Corresponding with the Office of Registration & Records

Our office will be better able to serve you if you can provide the following information when talking with staff members in the office, on the telephone or by email.

  • Your Name
  • Your ID# or date of birth if you don't have an ID#
  • Approximate date of attendance

Announcements

  • March 2-10
    • Final Grading available for Spring 2015 First 8-Week Classes; deadline is noon on Tuesday, March 10
  • March 16-20
    • Spring Break
  • March 30
    • Last day to drop classes; Last day to withdraw with no grade
  • March 31-May12
    • Final grading available for Spring 2015; deadline is NOON on Tuesday, May 12
  • 2015 FALL PRIORITY REGISTRATION
    Online Registration will open at 6:30 am

    • April 6 - May 1 - Graduates and Seniors who have at least 90 hours.
    • April 9 - May 1 - Juniors who have at least 60 hours.
    • April 13 - May 1 - Sophomores who have at least 30 hours.
    • April 16 - May 1 - Freshmen who have fewer than 30 hours.
