Deadlines, Refund and Grading Policies Spring 2018

Late Registration

Contact your academic advisor for advisement and to obtain your advisement PIN.

A $100 Late Registration Fee will be assessed to students who initially register on or after the first day of the semester, regardless of the course start date.

Drop/Add

A $30 Change of Schedule Fee will be assessed on days in which a student makes adjustments to their schedule, effective the first start date of the course(s). Refunds will be given according to the refund schedule on this page.

The last day to add classes for 16-week courses is January 22, 2018. Instructor's signatures are required only if the class is full.

Classes may be dropped from your schedule without signatures as follows: 

April 9th 16 Week (1/16/2018 to 5/11/2018)
   February 23rd 1st 8-Week (1/16/2018 to 3/19/2018) 
April 26th 2nd 8-Week (3/19/2018 to 5/11/2017) 

Refunds will be given according to the schedule on this page. If you are dropping all your classes, you must withdraw for the semester. Go to Withdrawal Information for additional information.

2nd 8-Week (3/19/2018 to 5/11/2018)

Grade Definitions

  • Not Eligible for Grade - No grade assigned, not listed on transcript, not calculated in gpa.
  • W - Withdraw - W is listed on transcript for classes withdrawn from the term, or dropped, not calculated in gpa.

Withdrawals
