Frequently Asked Questions
Q. When creating my account, what if I don't remember my student ID?
A. Type nine 1's into the box. Ex. 111111111
Q. What do I do if the person I've mailed a transcript to says they did not receive it?
A. Please allow at least 2 weeks for mailed transcripts to reach their destination. If after 2 weeks the recipient still has not received the transcript please contact our office in order for us to send another to the recipient.
Q. Why does my account need to be authenticated?
A. If you do not remember your student ID, we will need to match your information to our system so your transcript will display the correct information. Once you account has been authenticated you will receive an e-mail from our office letting you know you are able to now place orders.
Q. How long does it take to receive e-transcripts?
A. Generally the transcript will be sent out about 15 minutes after the order is placed. The recipient will receive one e-mail with the link for the transcript and a second with the passcode. Based upon how the recipient's e-mail is set up they may need to check their spam/junk folder.
Q. Why are faxes more expensive?
A. We actually send two transcripts to the recipient. They will receive a fax with an unoffical transcript and we will also mail an official transcript to the recipient.
Q. Can I send a transcript to my e-mail and then forward it to someone else?
A. No, once you open the transcript from your e-mail it is unofficial. You will need to use the e-mail of the recipient in your order details so the transcript is sent directly to them.
