The ISU Campus is vibrant and event locations fill up quickly. It is important to plan at least 9 months ahead and have several potential dates in mind when you make your initial contact with us. Some basic information will be helpful to share with us:
Based on the information you provide us, we will help you secure the venue and arrange for supporting services such as audio visual support and security. We will work with your caterer as well as put together rental and service fee packages that are competitive and include “value added” benefits. Tell us about your event vision. A fifty percent, non-refundable deposit is required for your event at the contract signing. A certificate of insurance is also required with Indiana State University and Indiana State University Board of Trustees listed as both the certificate holder and as additional insured's for all days contracted.
